Core Principles & User Obligations

To ensure a fair, secure, and legally compliant environment for all, every user must adhere to the following fundamental principles:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account and use our services.
• Accurate Information: You are obligated to provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration and verification (KYC) process. You must also keep this information updated.
• Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account. The creation of multiple accounts to circumvent limits or gain unfair advantages is strictly forbidden.
• Lawful Funds: You must only use funds that are legally yours and have been obtained through legitimate means. You agree not to use our platform for any money laundering or fraudulent activities.
• Personal Use: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Jurisdictional Restrictions: You acknowledge that you are not a resident of any territory where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.
• Responsible Gaming: We encourage responsible betting. You must not be part of any self-exclusion program from other gambling sites if you wish to play on YOLO247.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of unfair advantage or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Engaging in the following actions will result in immediate consequences, including account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bugs, loopholes, or errors for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair edge.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Performing any action that could harm the integrity or availability of the YOLO247 platform.

Breach of Agreement & Consequences

Our security team actively monitors for violations of this User Agreement in line with our KYC and AML policies. If a user is found to be in breach of these terms, YOLO247 reserves the full right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the user's account without prior notice.
• Void all pending bets and forfeit any winnings derived from prohibited activities.
• Withhold the user's account balance, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
• Request additional documentation from the user to complete further verification checks.
• Share information with law enforcement, financial institutions, or other relevant authorities as required by law.
