General Betting Rules

• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the sport or event.
• Event Changes: If an event is postponed, cancelled, or interrupted, bets will be handled according to the specific rules for that sport. Generally, if an event does not resume within a specified timeframe (e.g., 48 hours), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds Changes: We reserve the right to change odds at any time. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed.
• Maximum Payouts: Limits on winnings may apply to certain sports and markets. These limits will be clearly indicated where applicable.

Account Management & Security

Your account is your responsibility. Please adhere to the following:

• One Account per User: You may only operate one account on YOLO247. Any duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.
• Confidentiality: You must keep your username and password secure. You are liable for all activity on your account.
• Verification (KYC): We are required by law to verify your identity. Failure to complete the KYC process upon request will lead to account restrictions.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud the platform will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

To ensure fairness, all our promotions are subject to the following general rules:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses come with specific wagering (turnover) requirements that must be met before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Contribution: Bets on different games may contribute differently towards the wagering requirement.
• One at a Time: Typically, only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time.
• Fair Use: We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if we believe it is being abused or used in a fraudulent manner.
